Kathy oversees the team providing financial reporting and support internally and to our health insurance clients. During her tenure with the Company, Kathy was also President of several operating divisions and the Executive Sponsor of new client implementations. Prior to joining Rawlings in 1998, Kathy was the head of internal audit for a major life and health insurance public company, and senior manager with a national public accounting firm.

Kathy graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky.
